Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order with Honey Cupcake Co.
By proceeding with a purchase you are in agreement with our Terms and Conditions as stated below.

By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of goods or services or to cancel an order under certain circumstances.
Please be aware that all photographs taken of your cakes prior to delivery remain property of Honey Cupcake Co.

Deposits

To confirm your booking we require a non refundable deposit within 7 days of your quote being issued. If a booking is made within 2 weeks of the event date, full upfront payment is required. Payment secures your date in our books as we are at times fully booked and non payment of deposit can lead to your place being given to another client. Work will only commence on your order once deposit has been made based on the agreed quote and all designs approved by the client. Deposits are payable via Direct Deposit, cash payment or credit card Paypal (additional fees apply). If full payment has not been received by the due date, goods will not be delivered or be available for collection.

Cancellations & Change of Date

All cancellations/changes must be received in writing.
If you cancel your order prior to 14 days out from your event, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
If an order is cancelled within 14 days prior to the event date, then the full deposit will be forfeited.
And if your order is cancelled within 7 days of your event, any balances outstanding will be due and payable.

For short notice orders, the deposit is non refundable.

Damage

Clients wishing to pick up their products are responsible for the safe delivery of their product and Honey Cupcake Co does not accept responsibility for any accidents that occur once the cake has been collected. If for some reason the cake has been damaged when it has left our premises (whilst in your care), or after delivery to the venue, then we take no responsibility. When delivering,  Honey Cupcake Co is not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake, or shortage of cake, caused by a wait staff member, or any other person not employed by Honey Cupcake Co.
